What drives us?
The Cégep régional de Lanaudière is a higher education institution comprised of three constituent colleges supported by a community of educators who developed effective mechanisms for collaboration and cooperation within a framework of mutual support. Its colleges and educators are working in partnership to raise the educational level of the population and improve accessibility to higher education in the Lanaudière region. They provide training to better address labour market requirements, and contribute to the achievement of students by preparing them to exercise their citizenship.The Cégep régional de Lanaudière incorporates a constant thrive for continuous improvement into its organizational culture, as demonstrated by its qualified personnel, as well as a commitment to act in the interest of sustainable development.The constituent colleges are dynamic and offer a rich array, both in number and quality, of training programs and services in line with the social, economic and cultural needs of the region. They provide stimulating and technologically advanced educational environments, and a fulfilling student life that includes a wide variety of activities. The colleges are attractive and attentive to the needs of its regional customers, and are seeking to recruit students outside the region.

The values upheld by the Cégep régional de Lanaudière and its constituent colleges are based on the mission of the Cégep régional de Lanaudière, the educational project of each constituent college as well as the overall human resources management policy. Essentially, they include accountability, respect, openness, sharing and integrity.
Maintain an active partnership, both internally by fostering ongoing collaboration between the constituent colleges, and externally by cooperating with various business, social and cultural organizations.
